Project Manager
RESPONSIBILTIES:
In charge of completing the engineering projects by controlling and organizing project variables and factors.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing and leading the project team.
- Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
- Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
- Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
- Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
- Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
- Monitoring project progress and performance.
- Providing status reports to the Direct Supervisor.
- Managing project training within the defined budget
- Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.
- Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior consistent with the purpose of this role.
- Attend periodic management meeting.
Job Qualification:
- Candidate must be an Engineering graduate or any related course; Professional License is a plus
- With at least 3-5 years of working experience as Project Engineer in field installation, operations or construction activities
- Preferably with 2-4 years of experience specializing in Engineering—
- Civil/Construction/Structural/Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent
- With strong management and leadership skills are required
- With excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Knowledgeable in reading and understanding engineering plans
- Highly organized and has passion for excellence
- Willing to work on field
